Cheese FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

◊  Where are you located?
Los Angeles, California

◊  Do you ship outside the USA?
Not at the present time.

◊  Do you have a retail store?
At this time we do not have a retail store, but if you live close to West Los Angeles you can schedule a pick up at our warehouse by placing an order over the phone.

◊  What carriers do you ship through?
We ship through USPS.

◊  Will my perishables survive transit?
We securely seal and pack our cheeses with ice packs into thermally insulated bags to keep them at refrigerated temperature during transportation. We also schedule all of your shipments for Next Day Air delivery. And to ensure freshness of the product we avoid having it sitting in the shipper’s warehouse over the weekend; therefore orders placed on Friday after 1pm PST, will not be processed until the following Monday.

Hint: You can reuse our thermal bags and ice packs for your next picnic or long trip! 🙂

◊  How is shipping calculated?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we currently only ship by USPS. All shipping is $15.00 to anywhere in California and $29.00 to all other states.

Hint: Our flat rate shipping model means you can add more items to your cart without paying more for shipping. Stock your kitchen or combine your order with a co-worker or neighbor for big savings! 🙂

◊  Do you offer wholesale pricing to restaurants and business?
Yes. Please see our wholesale page to apply.

◊  This is a gift. Do you include prices on your packing slip?
No, the packing slip only includes a list of what products are in the package, the address we are shipping to, and who the gift is from. No prices are included in your package’s shipment.
